SHIPPING POLICY

All orders must go through processing.  Processing will take 21-30 business days. This does not include Weekends or Holidays.  Once order has been processed, they will then move forward with shipping.  Please see the shipping policy below for shipping information.

*All Pre-Made or Constructed Wigs Are Shipped Out Within 21-30 Business Days depending on the volume of orders.

*Handmade Wigs Are Shipped Within 21-30 Business Days depending on the volume of orders.

*Custom Colored Units May take up to 21-30 Business days to ship depending on the volume of orders. 

*If you order during a “SALE” please be patient when waiting to receive your wig or tracking number; orders tend to double or some times triple during sale events.

*Wigs Are Guaranteed to be delivered Within 3-5 Business Days Once Shipped on our Behalf.

*In the unlikely event that we anticipate a delay in your order, you will be notified via e-mail.

!! ALL ITEMS ARE FOR PRE-ORDERING IF SELECTED ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK!!

*Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive tracking information through the email address provided. After receiving the tracking information, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours on the USPS website. Please provide an accurate shipping address.    

*Holidays & Weekends Are Excluded
